I have spearheaded several financial turnarounds with (managerial and/or organizational) restructurings, product/process transfers and with social plans. I have devised, negotiated, concluded and implemented such plans both in the Germany and in the Latin part of Europe without negative impact to customers or shareholders and will be happy to assist you where necessary.
